It is often said of those climbing the corporate ladder of success, ?Watch who you step on on your way to the top. You might have to pass them on your way down.? How true it is that we rarely pay attention to those who are on the sidelines of our lives. It’s time for us to be challenged again to consider those we pass as we continue our journey.
