I’m getting really excited about this new world of internet “blogging,” and something that has really gotten me excited is a new method of content distribution called “Podcasting.”
Click on the link to know more about it, but basically, podcasting is a way for you to set up an automatic download of my sermon each week. You don’t have to go online or sit in front of a computer to hear my message each week. If you have a portable audio player, then you can set up your “podcasting” software (see Doppler or iPodder for some good software) to automatically grab my weekly message and download it to your portable music player. It’s that easy. I’ll use mp3 for the podcasts I send out so any portable media player should work, but if you are technologically savvy, I’d like to shift to a higher quality format soon… stay tuned!
